Terms and Conditions

1. The Translator is Jazyková škola START s.r.o. with its registered office at Murgašová 3, 040 01 Košice-Staré mesto. ID no. 44 024 762

2. Orders become binding only upon their confirmation by the translator.

3. If the price is not explicitly confirmed when the order is confirmed, the rate per word is the rate stated on the Translator's web site.

4. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, a "standard page" shall be understood to refer to a Czechoslovak standard page (1800 characters excluding spaces).

5. We issue invoices to companies with a due date 15 days from the completion of the translation. For natural persons we translate after receiving payment in our bank account.

6. The customer acquires the intellectual property rights to the translation upon the payments of the full price for the translation.

7. Apart from the above, we provide all translations on the basis of the currently valid Standard Conditions and Principles for the Provision of Translation Services, approved by the Slovak Association of Translators and Interpreters (www.sapt.sk).
